Today I went for a quick run, and it turned out to be a beautiful run. I started by walking and actually convinced myself to take a walk to get out the door. It didn't take long before a good song kicked in - Khaled's mix of All I Do Is Win! The walk quickly turned into a run. The wind was chilly, but the air was full of moisture, and the temperature was pleasant, so I got my sweat on! There were not many people out. I suppose they are mostly at some parade or park somewhere celebrating MLK Day. I've written all day except for my run. I'm going to write a little more, then I'm going to Whole Foods to find something to make for dinner. My kids have school tomorrow. While it may sound simple, days like today are the best ones on my calendar! I love my kids, love God, love my life, love my business, love my friends, and mostly, I love today. I'm not always so chipper, but I'm trying to stay in the positive right now. Ciao for now!
